Our Story
Our founding attorney, Kip Kaler, was born and raised in North Dakota. He grew up on a farm south of Fargo and went to the University of North Dakota to pursue his law degree. He graduated in 1981 and established our law firm in 1984 with the goal of helping those in his community with tough legal issues that did not have easy answers.
In 1994, Gene Doeling joined the firm as a partner. He too went to NDSU and shares the same decent, hard-working values as attorney Kaler and our clients — the desire to see the little guy have access to the same rights and opportunities as the big guys, an intolerance of injustice and unfair treatment, and the wherewithal and fortitude to do something about it.
The rest of our staff of attorneys and legal professionals come from similar backgrounds and share similar philosophies. As a team, we work hard to satisfy our clients' needs.
